Grand Opening of 5.1 dts Cinema Mini Theater at the Sri Palee Campus, University of Colombo

The Cinema Mini Theater of Sri Palee Campus, constructed with a grant offered by the AHEAD Project, World Bank was declared open by the Chief Guests, Vice Chairman, University Grants Commission, Senior Professor Chandana P. Udawatte and Senior Professor H. D. Karunarathna, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo at the invitation of Dr. Prathibha Mahanamahewa, the Rector of Sri Palee Campus at 10.00 a.m. on 19 June 2023. This opening ceremony was attended by the Director of the AHEAD Project, University of Colombo, Prof. Chandana Aluthge, principles of Horan schools, veteran artists, academic, administrative and non-academic staff of the University of Colombo and Sri Palee Campus.
