While food waste is collected separately on a daily basis, the collection of other organic waste, such as garden waste, grass cutting waste, and swept leaves, has been done once a week and transport them to the composting yard for composting.

Compost Production has been conducted by using collected garden waste and food waste. To create compost, a number of procedures must be carried out, including creating a garbage pile by layering waste items, providing the necessary water to the layers, turning the pile once a month until it decomposes, and sieving the compost separately.
