Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers for the International Journal of Communicology should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Papers are encouraged to be submitted electronically with a word count of 3000 – 7000 including figures as instructed in the relevant call for papers. Otherwise,the papers will not be considered for publication.
  • Type scipt microsoft 2007 will be permitted.
  • The paper exceeding 7000 words will be returned to the author for abridgement.
  • The font should be normal with Times New Roman and 10pt, single space.
  • The paper should include the title, name of the author,affiliation,address, E-mail,abstract, key words, text, references and notes, tables, figure captions, etc.
  • Title should be as short as possible.
  • Abstract should contain 200 – 250 words.
  • Key words should be 3 – 5 along with the abstract.
  • Address should be with designation, department, name of the institution,E- mail address of each author.
  • Footnotes should be avoided, but a specific point may be marked with an asterisk or in numerical order.
  • Reference and notes should be in APA style.
  • All submissions are to be formatted for 8.5 x 11 with 1” margins.
  • PDF files will not be accepted.
  • All manuscripts should be methodologically sound, theoretically argued and well crafted.

References:

Each text citation should be in the reference section and each listed reference should be cited in the text. Basic reference formats are as follows:

Journal article:

Review Policy

All full length Research Articles published in the International Journal of Communicology have undergone rigorous double blind review , stand first on screening by the editor and then by independent expert referees in the relevant field.
The reviewers’ recommendation would determine whether the paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission / rejected.
