1. Academic Related matters

• • Conducting of Aptitude Test for the admission of students to the Campus.
  • Admission of students and maintaining of personal files of the students.
  • Registration of Students for the respective years.
  • Issue of Student ID.
  • Handling students regular requests and issuing of students certification letters.

2. Student Welfare Matters

• • Administration work related to payment of Bursary & Mahapola.
  • Administration work related to the Girls Hostel.
  • Conducting of election for the appointment of members for the Students’ Union.
  • Administration work related to the Main Canteen & Milk Bar.
  • Issue of Railway Seasons for students.
  • Handling Insurance Scheme of the Staff.
  • Providing medical facilities (through the Health Centre).
  • Facilitate the students for Sports Activities.

3. Health Centre

• • Health Centre of the Sri Palee Campus provides health facilities for both staff and students.

4. Sports and Physical Education Unit

• • Sports and Physical Education Unit provides facilities to develop the sport skills and maintain the physical fitness of both staff and students.

5. Marshal Office

• • Marshal Office supports to maintain the discipline of the students of Campus.

Capital Works Division

Services

• • The main function of the Capital Works Branch is to handle the Capital construction work and the Rehabilitation Work of the Campus. The branch performs the crucial function of developing the infrastructure facilities of the Campus.

The functions of the branch in summary are as follows;

• • Identification and planning of capital and rehabilitation projects.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities for construction projects.
  • Handling the procurement process for the Implementation of Capital and rehabilitation projects.
  • Contract administration works related to rehabilitation & capital projects.
  • Conduct consultancy procurement services for construction projects.
